For much of my life, I felt lost—trapped in cycles of pain, confusion, and survival. I carried wounds I didn’t understand, burdens that weren’t mine, and a sense of unworthiness that shaped every decision I made. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, to question your worth, to live a life that doesn’t feel like your own. But I also know what it means to break free.
My journey has been one of deep transformation—one where I’ve had to unlearn who I was taught to be so I could embrace who I truly am. I’ve experienced the depths of emotional, spiritual, and physical struggle, but through faith, self-discovery, and radical healing, I found my way back to me. And now, I am here to help you do the same.
True freedom comes from understanding the Truth, walking in the Way, and embracing the Life that was meant for us.
Our journey is threefold:
✅ Know What – IQ (The Truth)
We must first seek knowledge—the Truth that sets us free (John 8:32). This means acquiring the wisdom we need, both biblically and practically, to recognize the patterns and beliefs that have kept us bound. Understanding the what—our history, our conditioning, and God’s word—is the foundation of transformation.
✅ Know How – EQ (The Way)
Knowledge alone isn’t enough; we must learn how to apply it. This is where emotional intelligence (EQ) comes in. Learning to manage our emotions, build resilience, and develop the skills necessary for healing allows us to walk in the Way—the path Jesus set before us (John 14:6). This is where self-awareness, emotional release, and spiritual alignment take place.
✅ Know Why – YQ (The Life)
Finally, we must hold onto our why. Sustaining our inspiration and staying committed to our journey requires faith and trust in God’s purpose for us. When we know our why, we step into the Life—a life of true freedom, purpose, and abundance (John 10:10). This is where we break free from cycles of pain and embrace the fullness of who we are.
